The Product Designer III will strategically contribute to the evolution of products and projects, from identifying opportunities to validating and delivering solutions that add value. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform complex financial market challenges into simple, efficient, and customer-centered digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify opportunities and validate solutions
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions
- Plan and execute interviews, usability tests, benchmarking, and other Discovery activities
- Map user journeys, flows, and processes, transforming complex problems into user-centered solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Ensure consistency and evolution of the product experience through the Design System
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions and measure results
- Act as a reference for Product Design, contributing to the evolution of UX practice and product culture in the company
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- Experience in user research and solution validation
- Domain of UX, UI, Information Architecture, and Discovery methodologies
- Domain of Figma and prototyping
- Experience working in agile multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with financial products B2B and knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, Credit, and automation of corporate financial processes
