The UX Designer will support research to understand user needs and contribute to designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. They will collaborate on creating digital interfaces focused on usability and experience, and assist in usability testing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support research and understanding of user needs, behaviors and pains
- Contribute to the design of flows, wireframes, prototypes and user journeys
- Collaborate in the creation and evolution of digital interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience
- Accompany usability tests and collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist in documenting standards and best practices for user-centered design
- Work with product, technology and design teams to ensure consistent and effective solutions
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Enrolled in or completed higher education in Design, UX/UI, Digital Design, Internet Systems, Advertising, Marketing or related areas
- Desirable experience of up to 6 months in UX/UI, Digital Design or related activities, with participation in academic projects, portfolio or internship
- Knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Package and Design System is a plus
