- Own end-to-end research to understand how members experience personalized biometric insights and design rapid experiments for validating personalization changes. Lead research into emerging problem spaces and help define what 'trustworthy' means operationally for Oura's personalization surfaces.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 8+ years of professional UX or design research experience, with a strong ability to translate behavioral data into qualitative research. Experience with AI-driven features and strong storytelling skills are also important.
