The Infrastructure Construction & Design Manager will manage the preparation of technical documentation for urban planning approvals and construction permits, and oversee all phases of construction work on site. This includes coordinating with various authorities and stakeholders, as well as maintaining project documentation.

Requirements
- Candidates must have a university degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in construction management and design. A deep understanding of legal regulations for obtaining permits and experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects are also required.
