The Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives for the app, from discovery and hypothesis validation to solution design and data-driven iteration. They will collaborate with PMs, learning designers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centered experiences that drive measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and map user journeys to transform insights into product strategies
- Prototype solutions and maintain design system consistency
- Analyze performance metrics and defend design decisions based on data
- Organize design methods and processes with a focus on efficiency and results
Requirements
- Experience in product design for app and mobile
- Portfolio demonstrating a complete design process
- Knowledge of design systems, atomic design, and componentization
- Familiarity with design methodologies and UX research
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
