UX Designer / Researcher

The role involves conducting research with healthcare workers to translate user needs into high-fidelity designs in Figma. You will act as the bridge between care providers and the development team to ensure seamless integration of features into the Momo App.
Responsibilities
- Designing solutions to make the work of care workers easier, more enjoyable, and better
- Testing concepts with care workers and integrating feedback into the design process
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the Momo App
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- Experience with the entire process of digital projects
- Knowledge of design systems
- Motivation and knowledge of the use of AI in design
Benefits
- 36-40 hours of work per week, depending on preference
- Salary of €3500 - 5000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
