The Product Designer will create effective product solutions based on data and user insights, driving experiments to improve user experience and directly impacting key business metrics. Responsibilities include full-cycle product design, user behavior analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle work on product solutions: from analysis of the problem and generation of hypotheses to creation of design, launch of A/B testing, and analysis of results
- Analysis of product metrics and user behavior
- Generation, description, and prioritization of product hypotheses for improving key business metrics
- Conducting competitive analysis and UX/UI research
- Creation and maintenance of design systems
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in product companies
- Experience in creating and launching A/B tests
- Experience in working with design systems
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience in product analytics
- Basic understanding of product strategy
