Ensure exterior enclosure systems are coordinated, constructible, code-compliant, and aligned with project budgets and schedules.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in building envelope design or construction, preferably with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Professional certifications such as PE, RA, RRC, or REWC are preferred along with deep knowledge of building science and industry codes.
