Responsibilities
- Develop and test prototypes, visualizations, and UX strategies
- Collaborate with Frontend Developers to create and refine components for the design system
- Conduct user tests, user research, and desk research independently
- Present and discuss design proposals and concepts with stakeholders and external service providers
- Participate actively in product planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement meetings
Requirements
- Professional or academic background in Design, Media Design, Software Development, or a related field
- Several years of experience in developing digital products, preferably within journalism or digital media sectors
- Proficiency with core tools, including Figma, Jira, Slack, Adobe Creative Suite, and Asana
- Experience managing multiple user research projects independently
- Interest and familiarity with AI-powered tools
