Responsibilities
- Own the design vision for a specific area of Mojo, focusing on the intersection of customer journeys and internal advisor tooling. Balance AI automation with human expertise to remove operational bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in product/UX design at a senior IC level, specifically within SaaS or complex products. Must be AI-fluent and comfortable working with ambiguity to solve operational and commercial problems.
