Lead end-to-end product design initiatives to translate complex cybersecurity logic into intuitive and elegant user experiences. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to evolve the design system and ensure high-fidelity implementation across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Product Design: Lead design initiatives from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity execution and implementation
- Simplify Complexity: Design elegant workflows and interfaces that make complex cybersecurity concepts intuitive and actionable
- Elevate Hadrianās Product Experience: Help shape a world-class visual language and ensure consistency, usability, and quality across the platform
- Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on user needs, product strategy, and technical feasibility
- Drive Design Quality: Contribute to and evolve our design system in Figma while continuously improving UX and UI standards across the product
- Use Research & Feedback: Leverage user insights, product data, and experimentation to inform design decisions and iterate effectively
- Bridge Design & Implementation: Partner with engineers to ensure experiences are implemented thoughtfully and with high visual fidelity
Requirements
- 4ā6 years of experience in product or visual (UI/UX) design
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and usability
- Portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem-solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality visual execution
- Experience with design systems and scalable component thinking
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/React or experience collaborating closely on front-end implementation
- Experience conducting user research, mapping workflows, and contributing to product strategy
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, or visual exploration
