The UI/UX Designer is responsible for translating technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. They collaborate with stakeholders and frontend teams to ensure the correct implementation of UI elements and a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user or business requirements in collaboration with product team, marketing, developers, and other stakeholders
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, etc
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Work closely with Frontend team for interactions & micro-interactions of a website and ensure that UI & layout is following the mock-ups
- Review website and app products to assure that user flow is followed and UI elements are correctly implemented
- Collaborate effectively with product, developers, and other stakeholders
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of Figma is a must
- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a plus
