Senior UI Product Designer (iGaming)

Own the visual ecosystem and presentation layer for a Canadian web-based gaming platform. Bridge the gap between creative art teams and engineering squads to deliver high-fidelity, developer-ready interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visual Ecosystem: Act as the primary design owner for the flagship Canadian web-based gaming platform
• Bridge Art & Code: Collaborate closely with the art team and Front-End Team Lead to ensure layouts are perfectly optimized for HTML/CSS implementation teams
• Maintain & Scale Design Systems: Govern internal design systems to ensure absolute UI consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints and product features
• Prototyping & Workflow Delivery: Build interactive prototypes in Figma to pitch ideas to Product management and oversee the holding process for brand asset validation
• Hands-on Craftsmanship: Personally design icons, establish visual styling, craft micro-animations, and map out user flows
• Mentor: Guide a distributed team of designers and share product knowledge

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional digital product design experience
• Proven track record of improving and maintaining UI in existing web and mobile applications
• Deep proficiency in Figma alongside professional design suites (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
• Exceptional ability to communicate fluently with both pure artists and front-end developers
• Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven approach
