- Solve for the customer: serve multiple stakeholders and design solutions to meet their unique needs
- Innovate: discover new tools and processes for building agents and designing for AI-driven products
- End-to-End Ownership: drive the entire design process from concept to execution to iteration
Requirements
- 4+ years of extensive experience in UI/UX design for a complex user-facing product
- Proven experience leading design projects from ideation to launch
- Full-stack design skills, including visual design and interaction design
