Senior Design Systems Specialist / Product Designer (all genders)

Drive the creation, evolution, and governance of complex design systems and scalable component architectures within automotive ecosystems. Integrate AI-supported and agentic workflows into the design process to improve efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Establish scalable component architectures and token strategies
- Own advanced Figma workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Introduce AI-supported and agentic workflows into the design process
- Contribute to complex automotive ecosystems and improve system quality and usability
- Drive validation and iteration cycles to continuously improve system quality
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or Design Systems
- Strong specialization in scalable digital systems
- Experience within automotive, mobility, or other complex product ecosystems
- Deep expertise in Figma
- Understanding of design systems, DesignOps, and cross-functional collaboration
