UI/UX Designer (m/f/x)

Drive the design and delivery of digital products by creating intuitive user experiences and evolving design systems in Figma. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate brand intent and research insights into scalable, AI-driven digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of digital products across the full lifecycle
• Translate research insights, product requirements, and brand guidelines into clear user flows and thoughtful UI design
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Explore and apply AI-supported design tools
• Support the design of emerging interaction patterns
• Contribute to user testing and iteration cycles

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Portfolio demonstrating solid foundations in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual execution
• Initial experience with AI-supported design tools
• Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, and prototyping
• Good eye for visual design, with a solid grasp of typography, layout, and color
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
