UI/UX Designer (m/f/x)

Drive the design and delivery of digital products by creating intuitive user experiences and evolving design systems in Figma. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research and brand intent into scalable, AI-driven digital interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of digital products across the full lifecycle
- Translate research insights, product requirements, and brand guidelines into clear user flows, interaction patterns, and thoughtful UI design
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life
- Explore and apply AI-supported design tools in daily work, from prototyping to content generation
- Support the design of emerging interaction patterns, including conversational interfaces, adaptive components, and personalized experiences
- Contribute to user testing and iteration cycles, helping to refine designs based on feedback and data
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Portfolio demonstrating solid foundations in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual execution
- Initial experience with AI-supported design tools and growing understanding of designing for AI-driven products
- Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, and prototyping
- Understanding of how to collaborate within shared design environments and apply brand guidelines consistently
- Good eye for visual design, with solid grasp of typography, layout, and color
- Familiarity with core UX methods, including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and iteration
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
