Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/x)

Lead the end-to-end design of complex digital products from concept and UX strategy to scalable UI systems. Integrate AI-powered interactions and evolve design systems in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex digital products end-to-end
- Translate research insights, product ambition, and brand direction into clear interaction models, intuitive user flows, and high-quality interface design
- Work closely with product, engineering, research, and strategy teams to shape feasible, forward-thinking solutions
- Actively integrate AI into design practice, from generative workflows to prototyping and content creation
- Design AI-powered interactions, such as conversational interfaces, adaptive systems, and personalization patterns
- Drive iteration and validation cycles, using user feedback and data to continuously refine and elevate the product experience
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction design excellence, and refined visual craft
- Experience in designing for AI-driven products, with hands-on experience in generative design tools, AI-supported workflows, and human–AI interaction patterns
- Deep expertise in Figma, including advanced auto layout, responsive design, component systems, variables, tokens, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of visual identity systems, typography, layout, and color, and know how to apply brand consistently across digital products
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
