Video Editor/ Motion Graphic Designer

Produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns and social media while handling the full production process from editing to color correction. Optimize and prepare animation assets in various formats like Lottie and SVG for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and digital advertisements
• Handle the complete video production process, including video editing, audio synchronization, transitions, subtitles, and basic color correction
• Create short-form promotional videos, motion-based advertisements, and social media content
• Prepare and optimize animation assets for web and mobile platforms
• Work with animation file formats such as Lottie (.json), SVG animations, GIFs, MP4, and other digital assets
• Convert, optimize, and export animation assets into appropriate formats when required
• Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure creative consistency
• Ensure all video and animation assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications
• Organize project files and maintain proper asset management
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, animation workflows, and emerging creative tools

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Video Production, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in video editing or multimedia production
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for handling motion graphics and animation assets
• Familiar with animation file formats such as Lottie (.json), SVG Animation, GIF, MP4, WebM
• Understanding of animation optimization for websites and mobile applications
• Able to work independently from concept to final video delivery
• Good understanding of pacing, timing, typography, transitions, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction
• Strong attention to detail and good file organization skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
