The Senior Design Manager will lead the delivery of effective design across multiple projects or a single large-scale project, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. They will manage and mentor design teams, liaising with various stakeholders to identify and resolve design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

They will manage and mentor design teams, liaising with various stakeholders to identify and resolve design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be diploma or degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry, possessing a strong understanding of procurement routes and design workflows. A strong technical/design bias towards architectural CSA or engineering MEP background is preferred, along with the ability to support both pre-construction and construction processes.
