Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for marketing campaigns, property listings, and print materials while ensuring consistent branding across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include designing layouts, producing graphics for social media and web, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Design layouts, produce graphics for social media and web, prepare brochures, signage, and presentations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate real estate offerings into clear visual narratives
• Manage design files, work within brand guidelines, and adapt designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong skills in graphic design fundamentals
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools)
• Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, and online marketing campaigns
• Ability to produce print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage
• Solid understanding of branding and the ability to maintain consistent visual identity across all materials
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and management teams
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
