Responsibilities
- Conducting research activities, such as interviews and usability tests
- Collaborating with developers and designing intuitive interfaces for B2B applications
- Developing and maintaining UI components and design systems
- Evaluating results and making design decisions under time pressure
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Methodical approach to design thinking and human-centered design
- Technical understanding of frontend development
- Strong visual design skills and experience with Figma and prototyping tools
