The Product Designer will lead research and discovery processes, conducting interviews and usability tests to inform product decisions. They will also deliver high-fidelity prototypes and connect design changes to operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
- Work autonomously to propose phaseings with clear trade-offs and sustain the quality of the experience throughout the cycle
- Deliver high-fidelity prototypes with justified visual choices
- Connect design changes to operational indicators such as task time, volume per analyst, error rate, and track the impact after launch
Requirements
- Experience in complete product cycles, from research to handoff, with autonomy and judgment to defend decisions
- Ability to separate what the user asks for from what they need, especially when the user and stakeholder are the same person
- Ability to connect design, product, and business to generate value, demonstrating the impact of work on metrics
- Use of generative AI as a work tool to research, synthesize, explore variations, with judgment on what to revise before using
- Interest in contributing to the growth of the team, sharing references, giving feedback, and raising the collective standard
- Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Clear verbal and written communication and ability to present and articulate design decisions with user-based justifications
- Ability to collaborate and influence strategic initiatives in internal products, rethinking processes in an agile and collaborative way
- Solid experience in digital product design
- Domain of Figma
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development practices
- Graduation in Design or similar
