Lead end-to-end product design for the Card Platform and support design needs for the Trust & Invest business. Drive customer insight and research while advocating for user perspectives in cross-functional discussions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for our Card Platform
- Support the design needs of our Trust & Invest business
- Drive customer insight and research
- Be the team's strongest advocate for the user perspective in cross-functional discussions
- Operate as a senior design thought-partner for product and engineering leadership
- Represent design in client-facing settings where needed
- Produce polished, well-considered design work
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated product environment
- Lead with the user
- Research and insight generation
- Stellar end-to-end design chops
- High collaboration instinct
- Excellent judgment about process
- Comfortable presenting design decisions and rationale to senior stakeholders
