Lead user research and design end-to-end experiences for AI-driven decision support tools for global users. Develop a cohesive design system and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate complex AI outputs into actionable visual interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities with stakeholders and users globally
- Map business processes and workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for IA improvement
- Design end-to-end user experiences for IA-based tools: information architecture, wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Translate complex IA outputs into clear and actionable visual representations
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for the Vegetables AI product portfolio
Requirements
- Graduation in Design, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital product design
- Experience in designing corporate B2B tools, SaaS platforms, or internal business applications
- Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards
