- The Development Manager will coordinate all pre-construction and design development activities for rail renewal projects, ensuring compliance and affordability. They will lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality, buildable solutions.
Requirements
- Candidates should have proven experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle and strong knowledge of Network Rail processes. A degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is essential, with additional qualifications preferred.
