Senior UX Designer (all genders)

Lead the UX vision for the STARFACE Group across all digital platforms and provide technical guidance to the UX/UI team. Responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and maintaining a cross-product design system for PBX systems and mobile/desktop apps.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of a UX/UI team within the STARFACE Group
- Collaborating with product owners and developers to ensure realistic and market-oriented implementation
- Establishing and further developing design processes, standards, and toolchains
- Conceiving, designing, and continuously improving user interfaces for various systems and platforms
- Market and trend observation in the UX, UI, and business communication sectors
- Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Moderating workshops for requirement gathering and solution finding
Requirements
- Completed degree in UX/UI design or a similar field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in leading a UX/UI team
- Strong knowledge of design processes, standards, and toolchains
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Experience with agile methods and tools like JIRA or Confluence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
