As a UX Designer, you will guide clients through their development by working closely with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers using agile methods. You will be involved in all key stages of the design process, from user research to prototyping and user testing.
Responsibilities
- Intervene in all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing
- Conduct user research to understand and better understand users
- Define project objectives and formulate design problems
- Organize ideation and co-design workshops with stakeholders
- Create and present UX deliverables: information architecture, user journeys, zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Lead user tests, define objectives and protocols, and analyze results
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strong knowledge of UX methods
- Mastery of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure
- Ability to communicate and work in an agile team
