As a UX Designer, you will lead all stages of the Design Thinking process, from user research to prototype delivery. You will collaborate closely with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Pilot all stages of Design Thinking: from user research to delivery of tested prototypes
- Conduct user research: qualitative and quantitative studies, interviews, user tests, ergonomic audits, analysis of insights and competitive intelligence
- Frame needs, define objectives, and formulate design problems
- Animate ideation and co-design workshops with stakeholders
- Produce and present UX deliverables: information architecture, user journeys, zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Organize, lead, and analyze user tests to validate and iterate on proposed solutions
- Coordinate with UI designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and lead UX
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strong knowledge of UX methods
- Experience with mobile-first or mobile applications (responsive, iOS/Android)
- Mastery of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure
- Excellent ability to work in an agile team, with analytical, rigorous, and creative skills
