Junior Product Designer

As a Junior Product Designer, you will assist in the development of new consumer products from initial idea to production-ready design. You will research trends, user needs, and new product opportunities, translating these into distinctive concepts that align with the Brabantia brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Work on the development of new consumer products from initial idea to production-ready design
- Research trends, user needs and new product opportunities and translate them into distinctive concepts that fit within the Brabantia brand identity
- Create sketches, visualizations, 3D models and prototypes
- Collaborate with experienced designers, engineers, marketers and category managers to further develop ideas
Requirements
- Relevant education
- Strong sense of aesthetics, detail and esthetiek
- Curious and creative
- Ability to clearly visualize ideas with sketches, renderings and 3D CAD models (Rhino, Solidworks)
- Continuous search for new ways to use AI in the creative design process
- Collaborative mindset and open to feedback
- Ambitious and eager to develop into an all-round product designer
