The UX Designer will lead all stages of Design Thinking, from user research and ergonomic audits to creating wireframes and interactive prototypes. They will collaborate with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers in an agile environment to deliver user-centric digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Intervening in all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing
- Conducting user research, including qualitative and quantitative studies, user testing, and competitive benchmarking
- Defining project objectives and formulating design problems
- Animating workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders
- Creating and presenting UX deliverables, including information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Good knowledge of UX methods
- Mastery of tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, or Axure
- Knowledge of UX methodologies and ergonomics principles
