- Establish and lead the user research practice from the ground up, defining methodologies, tooling, and standards across a global product portfolio. Conduct hands-on research across generative and evaluative methods to influence product strategy and design direction.
Requirements
- Requires 5-8 years of user research experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of scaling research practices. A degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or Design is preferred, along with proficiency in various research tools and methods.
