You will ensure UX coherence and continuous development within your federation, collaborating closely with the Product Lead and UX colleagues. Additionally, you will lead discovery and research activities to gather user insights and inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure UX coherence and continuous development within the federation
- Design, map, and develop end-to-end user journeys for the federation
- Support organizational changes, team splits, and the formation of new teams from a UX perspective
- Temporarily assume UI/UX responsibilities in newly formed teams until permanent roles are filled
- Lead discovery and research activities at the federation level
- Contribute to the evolution and application of design systems
- Represent the overarching UX quality in governance forums
Requirements
- At least 10 years of comprehensive experience in UX design
- Strong background in interaction design and information architecture
- Ability to create compelling visual artifacts
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Agility and a holistic perspective
- Expertise in mixed-methods research and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in applying UI patterns and design systems consistently across complex platforms
- Knowledge of AI integration within UX workflows and current UI patterns for AI-powered products
- Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level)
