You will lead the design process for digital products from discovery to delivery. This includes translating business and product needs into intuitive, functional, and scalable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product design process, from discovery to solution delivery
- Translate business and product needs into intuitive, functional, and scalable experiences
- Map user journeys, design navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to ensure aligned solutions
- Continuously evolve the product experience based on research, testing, data, and user feedback
- Contribute to the construction and evolution of Design Systems, promoting visual consistency and scalability
- Participate in product and development rituals, supporting decisions with critical vision and focus on value delivery
- Ensure the quality of user experience in digital products of different complexity levels
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in product development
- User-Centered Design experience, including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and validation
- Ability to transform complex problems into simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions
- Figma expertise for creating interfaces and prototypes
- Knowledge of information architecture, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience with Design Systems creation and evolution
- Good communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical vision for decision-making based on data and user behavior
