Define and maintain the visual and interaction foundations of the Skello Design System, including tokens, components, and documentation. Integrate the design system with AI agents and ensure global product consistency across all user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define the visual and interaction principles of the product
- Build and maintain the design system
- Work closely with the AI team to integrate the design system
- Design key screens, including onboarding and IA-native paradigms
- Innovate on user experience patterns
- Reinvent standards when existing patterns are not sufficient
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience in building or maintaining a Design System at scale
- Proficiency in Figma and Storybook
- Strong understanding of front-end code
- High level of craft: visual and interaction requirements are non-negotiable
- Ability to optimize for AI consumption
- Professional English skills
