Senior Product Designer, Trading

The Senior Product Designer will own the design for complex trading features across web, desktop, and mobile, from problem definition through to shipping. They will work closely with PMs and engineers, participate in user research, and connect design work to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own design for complex trading features across web, desktop, and mobile
- Work as a peer with PMs and engineers
- Participate in discovery: user research, usability testing, and data review
- Design for iteration: propose A/B tests, set up measurable experiments, and use results to inform the next move
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- At least 3 years in a regulated financial environment
- Strong mobile app design background
- Visual craft suited to complex, high-stakes interfaces
- Able to drive projects forward without heavy direction
