Senior Product Designer, Craft & Systems

Lead the creation and maintenance of the design system foundations, including token architecture and component standards, across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Drive high-quality design execution and mentor other designers to ensure visual consistency and scalability across the core platform.
Responsibilities
- Own design execution across the core platform from early discovery through production handoff
- Set and hold a high craft standard across the team
- Build and maintain design system foundations: shared token layer, component architecture, usage guidelines
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- At least 2 years working in a regulated financial environment
- Track record of building design systems and delivering high-fidelity, data-dense interfaces
