Design Manager - Structural

Lead and manage structural design coordination and technical engineering activities for projects in Abu Dhabi. Ensure all deliverables comply with local authority regulations, international design codes, and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and review structural design deliverables including calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Coordinate with design consultants, PMC, and client representatives on structural engineering matters
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements for structural works
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi DMT/ADM requirements, Estidama, and Civil Defence regulations
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
- Proven experience on projects in Abu Dhabi or UAE
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design for concrete and steel structures
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices and authority approval processes
