UX Designer - Sector Financiero / Bancario
Devsu Remote (🇪🇨 Quito, Quito Canton, Ecuador)
Lead and collaborate on full UX design processes, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and validation for digital banking products. Facilitate co-creation workshops and present findings to stakeholders to drive digital transformation in the financial sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design processes: research, ideation, mapping, prototyping, and validation of digital products and services
- Conduct user research to identify opportunities and real needs
- Analyze data and opportunities through techniques such as FODA, benchmarking, and mapping of pain points
- Create user journeys, blueprints, user flows, ecosystems, empathy maps, and definition of personas
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design
- Formation in Design, UX/UI, Engineering, Communication, Systems or related careers
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Experience with collaboration tools: Miro, Mural, Figjam, Whiteboard
- Knowledge of research/usability tools: Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Maze or equivalent
