The Design Manager will manage the setting out of projects, coordinating architectural and engineering information, and utilities and services. They will also prepare and maintain schedules for information requirements and monitor the technical submittal process.

Requirements
- Candidates should have over 10 years of industry experience as a Design Manager in commercial or residential projects, along with a relevant third-level qualification in engineering or architecture. Previous main contractor experience is desirable, along with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
