UI Designer & Delivery Specialist

The UI Designer & Delivery Specialist will design web and mobile interfaces while managing the delivery of projects from planning to release. They will act as a liaison between design, development, and project management teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Design: design web and mobile interfaces with Figma, interpreting functional and architectural requirements
- Collaborate with developers for correct UI reception, including library and component integration
- Conduct functional and visual testing sessions before delivery, documenting anomalies and verifying conformity to approved design
- Propose UI development flow improvements, introducing optimizations and automation in recurring activities
- Delivery: manage project execution autonomously, from planning to release, based on PM-defined milestones and priorities, ensuring timely risk management
- Act as a liaison between design, development, and PM teams, ensuring information circulation and handoff within scheduled times
- Preside over client relationships throughout the project cycle, serving as a reference point for feedback, revisions, and expectation alignment
- Monitor project operational efficiency, proactively signaling any deviations from estimates that may jeopardize margins to the PM
- Identify upsell opportunities during the project cycle, proposing them to the PM with a preliminary feasibility and value assessment
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Dexterity with AI-assisted workflow tools (e.g., Claude AI/Design, Figma AI plugins, generative assistants for content and variants)
- Basic understanding of UX principles — user journey, flow analysis, friction point identification
- Ability to create coherent, accessible, and implementable interfaces, and maintain design systems over time
- Active attention to emerging patterns, platform evolutions, and AI tools that impact design and delivery
