You will design intuitive user experiences for products, focusing on collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will oversee the entire design process from discovery and user research to final UI design.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our products, with a focus on user experience
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive workflows
- Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Work closely with developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex digital products
- Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems
- Ability to design complex workflows in an intuitive and user-friendly way
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
