- Lead the strategy and development of CatalystOne’s design system while ensuring it supports product teams and users. Design and maintain the shared component library and establish workflows that enable product teams to contribute reusable components.
Requirements
- Candidates should have proven experience in building or evolving design systems for complex digital products, with at least seven years in SaaS or in-house product organizations. Strong proficiency in Figma and practical front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are also required.
