As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in design strategy, ensuring the quality of deliverables and supporting teams. You will collaborate directly with Product Managers and technical teams throughout the entire product process.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and user research, including defining and leading user research strategies
- Facilitation and strategic alignment, including design sprints, product vision, and story mapping
- UX/UI design and Design Systems, including conception of complex interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes
- Intelligence artificielle, including designing interfaces with AI features and mastering UX-specific challenges
- Optimization and business impact, including user testing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement
- Leadership and mentoring, including accompanying junior designers and contributing to design practice structuring
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Design Produit
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects with high product impact
- Significant experience with digital products, including SaaS, platforms, and high-volume products
- Experience with AI-integrated products, such as chatbots, recommendations, or agents
- Advanced mastery of Figma and Design Systems
- Strong understanding of technical constraints and development cycles
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to federate, structure, and convince in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Professional English skills
