You will be responsible for transforming complex financial transactions into intuitive user experiences and ensuring UX consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will lead discovery and research activities and support the evolution of design systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure UX consistency and continuous improvement within the Federation
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end user journeys
- Support organizational changes, team splits, and the formation of new teams from a UX perspective
- Lead discovery and research activities at a Federation level
- Contribute expertise in design systems
- Represent the overarching UX quality in governance forums
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in UX design
- Strong background in interaction design and information architecture
- Proven ability to create visual artifacts and prototypes
- Comprehensive understanding of design systems
- Agile mindset
- Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level)
- Familiarity with AI integration in UX workflows and current UI patterns for AI-powered products
