The professional will design end-to-end digital product journeys, ensuring a cohesive user experience across various platforms. They will collaborate with product, technology, and business areas to transform complex problems into simple, measurable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end design of digital products, from discovery to delivery, across app, web, and integrated systems
- Design journeys that span different platforms and touchpoints, ensuring continuity of the experience
- Translate business needs and user pain points into flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Collaborate with Research to ground decisions in evidence and validate hypotheses with real users
- Contribute actively to the Design System, ensuring adherence, consistency, and evolution of components
- Defend design decisions with clarity, articulating trade-offs with Product and Tech stakeholders
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer
- Domain of interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping (Figma)
- Proven ability to design for multiple platforms and understand their technical constraints
- Familiarity with customer service systems, automation, or contact center platforms (Amazon Connect or similar is a plus)
- Fluency in working with data and metrics
- Strong communication and autonomy to lead cross-functional projects
