You will be responsible for the evolution of Açovisa's digital channels, creating experiences that strengthen the brand and contribute directly to business generation. This includes developing and updating the institutional website and landing pages, creating modern interfaces, and collaborating with various teams to transform business needs into efficient digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update the institutional website and landing pages
- Create modern, responsive, and user-focused interfaces (UX/UI)
- Develop layouts for digital campaigns and marketing actions
- Work in partnership with Marketing, Commercial, and Technology teams to transform business needs into efficient digital solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows
- Conduct usability tests and propose continuous improvements
- Optimize pages for speed, accessibility, SEO, and conversion
- Monitor performance indicators and use data for constant improvement of interfaces
- Ensure consistency of visual identity in all digital assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Design, Systems for Internet, Marketing Digital, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience as a Web Designer
- Updated portfolio demonstrating digital projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of UX, UI, Design Responsivo, and Design Systems
- Knowledge of SEO On Page and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
