The Middle UX Researcher will prepare and conduct research, create surveys and tests, and assist in organizing user interviews. They will also work with data from analytical tools and help prepare reports.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and conducting research
- Creating surveys, tests, and questionnaires
- Participating in respondent recruitment
- Assisting in organizing and recording user interview sessions or tests
- Working with data from analytical tools
- Preparing, processing, and structuring data obtained during research
- Assisting in preparing reports
- Maintaining a knowledge base about users
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to improve user experience
- Conducting competitive analysis
Requirements
- Experience in conducting research, both quantitative and qualitative
- Knowledge of interview methods, surveys, user testing, and user journey mapping
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis
- Ability to form conclusions from data
- Skill in creating reports and presentations of research results
- Experience working with Figma, Miro, or similar tools for collaborative work
- Experience working with remote testing tools
