Lead and manage industrial projects from conceptual design through execution and commissioning. Ensure effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage industrial projects from conceptual and design phases to execution, delivery, and start-up
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary internal and external teams
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, public administrations, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Supervise the technical development of projects, ensuring compliance with urban, construction, environmental, and safety regulations
- Manage project scope, planning, risks, and resources, identifying deviations and defining corrective actions when necessary
- Control budgets, fees, and costs associated with the project, contributing to its profitability and economic viability
Requirements
- University degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction sector
- At least 5 years of recent experience in the development and management of industrial projects
- Solid knowledge of industrial facilities and processes, as well as applicable standards and regulations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken
