The Design Manager will lead project design teams for delivering various design projects in Washington State and support other projects in the Pacific Northwest Region. They will ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality while coordinating with clients and multi-disciplinary design teams.

Requirements
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with 10-15 years of experience in ports and maritime facility design. Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and knowledge of relevant design and construction codes is also required.
